Welcome to Coconut House, our beautifully styled three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation condo at Windsor Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. With space for up to six guests, inviting interiors and thoughtful touches throughout, it is a comfortable home base for families and friends visiting Walt Disney World and the Orlando area.

Start your morning with coffee on the private screened balcony. Gather for breakfast before heading to the parks, then return to comfortable living spaces where everyone can unwind. Three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms give your group room to spread out and make getting ready easier.
The primary bathroom features dual rain shower heads for a relaxing finish to a busy day. Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom let everyone settle into their own evening routine.
THOUGHTFULLY EQUIPPED FOR YOUR STAY
Our kitchen comes equipped with appliances, dishes, cookware and utensils for easy breakfasts, family meals and snacks between adventures. An in-condo washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and free parking add everyday convenience, especially for longer stays.
We provide towels, bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, soap and shampoo, along with an iron and ironing board. Families travelling with little ones will appreciate the Pack ’n Play travel cot. Tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and balls are also provided for a little friendly competition during your stay.
ENJOY WINDSOR PALMS RESORT
Build some relaxed resort days into your holiday. Your stay includes access to the community swimming pool, hot tub, children’s splash pad, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and volleyball courts.
Windsor Palms also offers a clubhouse, fitness room, cinema and family arcade, plus a tiki bar and convenience shop. Arcade games, food, drinks and other purchases are charged separately. The community has a staffed, gated entrance.

Located on Coconut Palm Way in the Kissimmee/Four Corners area, our condo puts you near Walt Disney World, with restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby. It is an easy place to settle in for a holiday that combines theme parks, pool days and time together.
