Our stay at Palm Villa on King Palm was absolutely perfect! The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, and the private pool was a highlight — we spent hours enjoying it every day. The location within Windsor Palms is excellent — quiet, safe, and just a short walk or drive to the resort amenities. The clubhouse, pool, and recreation options made it feel like a true resort vacation. The villa is also conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and the theme parks, which made planning our days so easy. We had a fantastic stay at this villa, the location couldn’t have been better! Just a short drive to the Disney parks, it made our days out incredibly easy and stress-free. After long days at the parks, it was amazing to come back to such a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and really well equipped – perfect for families. The kids loved the private pool and cozy bedrooms. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from booking to checkout. My family had an amazing time at Melissa’s home! The pool was great for all of us on the trip. We very much appreciated the amount of toiletries and essentials that were in the home. (Trash bags, soap, toilet paper, towels, etc). The home was clean and spacious. We all had a great time there. The home had all the essentials that we needed even to cook on our non-park days and that was the best part. We appreciate her adjusting the thermostat to our needs. She was very kind, very responsive if we needed anything and was very quick to fix anything! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! We would definitely stay here again.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—close to local attractions, yet quiet and relaxing. I was there for a week in December. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this home. Not only is it beautiful, it is everything someone would want for a vacation stay. It has everything you coould possibly need as well as so very close to anything and everything. The owners are so very helpful and easy to contact if anything is ever needed. It's peaceful, relaxing and very well kept. We would definitely consider using it again. We loved the inviting comforts for children. Our grandson was captivated! Despite the challenging weather, the host went above and beyond to ensure we were safe, comfortable, and well-informed. The home was immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed to weather the storm, including backup lighting and emergency supplies. The strong construction and thoughtful design gave us peace of mind during the high winds. Melissa's home was very comfortable and spotless! My teenage son and his friends enjoyed the pool and all the games available in the home. The layout was perfect for everyone hanging out together, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Melissa was very responsive and also gave me great suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby. I would highly recommend staying here to my extended family, and we would visit again as well September 2024

We loved the house, location was great and couldn’t have picked a more perfect home for our stay. Felt very safe and secure which was a great plus for 4 women traveling alone. I was traveling with 2 elderly ladies and Melissa was very accommodating with my request for a rental lift chair I needed for assistance with my mother who just had knee surgery a few months ago. I can’t thank her enough for this, it truly meant the world and was very appreciated. THANK YOU!!!!!

The location is perfect—there is so much to do in the area, from Disney World to shopping, that it would take way more than a week to cover it all! The owner was very helpful and considerate, responding quickly to any questions we had and offering great suggestions that made our trip easier.
