It has recently been painted and had new tile flooring installed throughout. The condo has a new air conditioner unit, new refrigerator, new microwave, new washer/dryer and a new hot water tank. It accommodates 6 (with a new queen-sized sleeper sofa and loveseat set). Included are a crib, high chair and booster seat in the condo. Includes 3 cable TVs (Two flat screens, 43" and 32") and a DVD/VCR player. Cute Disney character theme in second bedroom and bath. Our east-facing, screened balcony gets the beautiful morning sun and is furnished with a table, 4 chairs and ceiling fan. A short two minute walk the to pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, clubhouse, playground, fitness room, game room, sundry shop, Oasis Bar & Grill, on-site movie theater, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court and other resort facilities. Our management company is nearby for 24/7 assistance.



Unlike hotels and motels, our reasonable rental rates INCLUDE all taxes (13.5%), a password protected WiFi internet connection IN our condo, resort facilities fees, free parking and local phone calls. Thank you very much for renting your condo to us. Everything was neat and clean. Plenty of room for our family. WiFi and TVs in each room a plus. We ate breakfast on the balcony, very nice. The store at the clubhouse was helpful. When we were not at the parks the kids had a great time at the pool and splash pad. Hope to rent from you again.

Your condo is very clean and updated. The kitchen had all of the utensils we needed. The WiFi was fast. The beds comfortable. The kids enjoyed the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom and bathroom. The pool was great. All of this and very close to Disney.We will definitely come back to your condo.
