Our fabulous 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Luxury Florida Villa sleeps 8 people (10 with the double sofabed). It has an upgraded 30ft by 15ft private pool plus a top-of-the-range Hot Spring Spa and extended pool deck. Our home is set in a peaceful and tranquil location yet only 3.5 miles from Disney (yes - just 5 mins drive!), with every possible resort style amenity at your disposal. Compare our price with the cost of staying in a hotel - renting with us means you get 5* luxury accommodation at 2/3*Hotel prices!
Renting our home gives you automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities. A 24-hour gated entrance provides security and the resort has a shuttle service to the main theme parks (small charge for shuttle service). Less than a 2 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and plenty of choice for dining out, including TGI Friday`s, Carrubba`s Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Key W Kools, Red Lobster, and many others.
Our property is furnished and equipped to a high standard. We have 4 bedrooms, including 2 Master en-suites which make it perfect for 2 families sharing. One Master has a King size bed, with a Queen size bed in the second Master room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, and share a further full bathroom. Master Bed One has a TV and Video, Master Bed 2 has a 27" TV and DVD player, with both of the twin rooms also having TV`s. One of the twin rooms has a CD player.
The lounge overlooks the pool and deck area and features a 42" Plasma HDTV (with Cable), DVD, Hi Fi CD Player, as well as an X-Box 360 and Playstation 2 console with games for the children (or the young at heart!). We also offer wireless hi-speed internet access, where guests can enjoy free internet access on their own laptop computers. The telephone permits free local calls, with a facility for credit card calls elsewhere. We have also provided a selection of family Board Games and some childrens videos.
The pool area has a covered lanai (patio) ÔÇô perfect for those who feel that the Florida sun is getting too much, with 4 padded loungers and 6 padded chairs and poolside tables being provided for your relaxation. We have added privacy hedging around the pool area, with virburnam bushes. We have an optional pool safety fence which you can use on the pool deck to restrict access to the pool and jacuzzi, which gives extra peace of mind if you have very young children.
The kitchen contains all of the home appliances you would expect in a luxury property, including dishwasher, waste disposal, larder fridge with freezer and ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate utility room. The kitchen has a large nook area for informal dining. We have provided a children`s High Chair - if necessay, our management company will supply a cot for a small extra charge.
As you would expect, the home is fully air-conditioned. We have ceiling fans in both the Lounge and Master Bedroom 1. We also have a ceiling fan in the Lanai - to keep you cool in those balmy summer evenings. All Linen and Towels (including pool towels) are supplied. We are very sorry but in the interests of all of our guests, there are no pets or smoking allowed in the house ÔÇô you are free to smoke in the patio area.
We have recently added indoor Games into the Garage space - we have Air Hockey, a Pool/Billiards table and a magnetic Darts Board. We have also added 4 patio chairs and two tables for your conveneince, and a ceiling fan.
For the duration of your stay you will also be able to call upon the services of our local management company, who, in the unlikely event of you experiencing any problems, will be on hand to resolve them at any time of the day or night.
