Our lovely 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with newly furnished games room, is on the premier Windsor Palms Resort Community. just 10 minutes drive from the Disney Parks and 15 minutes to Universal and Sea World.
The formal dining, sitting and kichen areas are open plan spacious and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size ceramic topped oven, side by side fridge freezer with ice maker, dish washer, microwave oven and pantry. A breakfast nook overlooks the pool The separate utility room has a washer and dryer with ironing facilities
There are 2 master suites, 1 with a king sized bed, walk in closet, adjoining bathroom with garden tub, walk in shower, twin basins and separate toilet. The 2nd. has a queen sized bed, large closet, adjoining bathroom with basin, walk in shower and toilet. The two further bedrooms have twin/single beds and share the 3rd. bathroom which has a bath with shower over. toilet and basin. All are beautifully furnished.
Our extended pool (30x15) and spa can be heated, and are enclosed with a screen. It overlooks a lovely wooded conservation area, is west facing and benefits from the sun for most of the day. There are no other properties overlooking from behind, and we have privacy hedges on both sides. The 4 patio loungers are thickly padded, as are the 4 further chairs, which, with the table and canopy ensure maximum comfort for your al-fresco meals. There is a shady area if you need to retreat from the sun.
The games room is ideal for the teens, and has a pool and table tennis table, and table football/foosball. It also has a TV and seating.
Air conditioning is throughout with fans in all rooms. All rooms have TVs. The sitting room and 3 of the bedrooms have DVD players. There is a Hi Fi system in the sitting room, and a good selection of DVDs.
Our telephone service is FREE for ALL calls. No more rip off cards or credit cards.
The resort facilities are for the use of our guests and are listed on this site.
We are sorry but in the interests of other guests smoking is not allowed in the house, but you are free to smoke in the patio area.
We have a strict no pets policy.
