Vacation in luxury in our beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath air conditioned family home, private and south-west facing, overlooking a stunning, wooded conservation area on one of the largest lots in Windsor Palms,┬ approximately 4┬ miles from the magic of the Disney parks.
Our lovely home has been professionally furnished by a local interior designer to provide every comfort for the enjoyment of our guests. Inside you will find 2 master bedrooms (one king and one queen), each with ensuite bathrooms. Master bathroom 1 has twin basins, bath tub and separate shower cubicle. Both master bedrooms have TVs. A DVD player and hair dryer are provided in master bedroom 1. There are 2 further twin bedded rooms sharing the third bathroom. Bedroom 4 has Disney princess bed covers to delight all little girls (which reverse if this is not to your children`s taste). All 4 bedrooms have ample storage space including large built in cupboards with hanging space.
The spacious, open plan living area has elegant┬ and comfortable furniture, including a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is also a TV, DVD/VCR, CD player and PlayStation2 for our guests' entertainment. In addition to the formal dining area there is a comfortable breakfast nook, fantastic for informal dining overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has every modern appliance, including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender. There is a washer and dryer situated in the adjoining garage.┬ All cutlery, crockery and linens are provided. We have also included an iron and ironing board. Phone service is provided with free local calls and the ability to make national and international calls using readily available phone cards. Next to the kitchen is a useful office area containing a computer with free 24 hour broadband internet access. For the convenience of guests who wish to use their own laptop during their stay, there is also wireless network. To complete the home from home touches we have supplied a selection of family board games and some holiday reading.
Outside, the private, 30x15' pool is complemented by a waterfall hot tub spa (pool heating additional cost of $175/£87.50 per week) and large deck area with pool furniture, perfect for relaxing and soaking up that wonderful Florida sun. The pool and spa have underwater lighting for those romantic evening dips. There is a covered lanai (porch) for times when guests need a little shade and the whole area is screened to provide protection from the bugs. There is also a removable child safety fence. Fun pool toys complete a magical experience for all of our guests.
In addition, rental of our villa gives guests free use of all the resort amenities of exclusive Windsor Palms, including┬ large pool and clubhouse, cinema,┬ fitness room, pool table, basket ball, volleyball and tennis courts, children's play area, shop, 24 hour gated entrance and shuttle service (small charge) to the attractions.
We employ the services of a local management company and they ensure that our home is kept clean and well maintained between guests.
Our villa is situated in a quiet residential area, yet is only about five minutes` drive from a large supermarket and a good choice of restaurants.
