Florida villa rental, 3½ miles from Walt Disney World resort in secure exclusive location. Our 4-bedroom 3-bathroom superior executive home sleeps up to 8 in comfort with 2 master en-suite bedrooms. Fully air conditioned and luxuriously furnished.
The villa has two large en-suite bedrooms and two further bedrooms with twin beds. One of these is a Disney Themed room. These bedrooms share a third bathroom. All bedrooms have televisions.
The main bedroom has its own dressing room and has direct access to the pool. The pool is fully screened and measures 30 x 15 feet. It is heated and has a spa. We have provided a Basketball net so that you can enjoy games when in the Pool. Children are catered for with a protective fence to ensure they do not get access to the pool unless accompanied.
There is a large lounge/dining area with an integral well fitted kitchen. The lounge has three new sofas, cable 42 inch TV, VCR & CD Player which creates a relaxing atmosphere for all the family. There is also a DVD player that is up to Blu-Ray standard and can play all DVD`s including UK/European DVD`s.
The site is within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. More importantly it is only 3.5 miles from Disney World.
Windsor Palms is considered to be the best private villa resort in Orlando, offering the security of a 24-hour manned gatehouse and free unlimited membership to the recreation facilities and clubhouse which include games room, gym, 58-seat cinema, large community pool and spa, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, cycle hire, children’s play area and much more.
This is a beautiful luxury 4 bedroom detached villa. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite with one leading out to the swimming pool. It is child-friendly with a fence that prevents children from entering the pool area on their own. We have provided a fully fitted Games Room with Pool, Ping Pong and safe tip darts among other games for everybody.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has everything you would need to produce a full meal, if you can be bothered. With all the restaurants so near, why bother!! If you do bother then there is a large cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, waste disposal and dishwasher. In the laundry room there is a washine machine, tumble dryer and if you really need it an ironing board and iron.
High Speed (6 Gb) WiFi Internet access is available in the villa lounge.
We employ a professional management company that ensures the property is maintained to the highest standards and provides hotel standards for laundry hygiene. For further reassurance a 24-hour emergency guest assistance service is also provided should problems occur.
