The villa has 4 beds arranged with master suite, queen bed with bath opposite, twin room and bunk room with full double bed on bottom and single bunk on top. Hairdryers, coat hangers and ample towels including pool towels are all supplied. There is also a queen sofa bed in the lounge
The villa comes equipped with all kitchen and laundry facilities including washer /dryer, coffee machine, juicer/blender.
The villa is non smoking and pet free.
A new games room with full size pool table and table tennis was added in 2010.
