The great room with 46" flat screen Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, and CD stereo has a new queen-size sleeper sofa and loveseat. The first floor is tiled throughout.
Sliding glass doors open from the great room out to the private screened in lanai with 12 x 12 pool, a child safety screen is provided (pool heat is available for an additional charge). A waist high wall affords privacy overlooking a courtyard. Patio furniture include 2 loungers, 2 chairs and a table. Pool heat is extra, request at time of booking. Gas grills are available for rent.
The second story offers two large master suites, with full baths and cathedral ceilings. Upstairs, one en-suite master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" Flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a deep and roomy tub. The other master bedroom has 2 twin beds, 32" TV and X-Box gaming system with wireless controller and en-suite bath.
A washer dryer is also provided on the second floor.
All bed linens and 4 sets of towels per guests (up to 8) are included.
Our property management service is available 24 hours a day for emergency service on our property. Our property management company will supply a welcome package of coffee and other initial essentials for a small fee. Available for use is a DVD video collection with over 50 videos. For families with small children, a high chair, baby walker, stroller, and ride on toy are on-site for your use.
