Our home is a luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa, south-west facing with pool and spa, overlooking the beautiful wooded conservation area for extra privacy, providing free broadband wireless internet and equipped throughout with high quality modern features. We are situated on one of the largest lots in the Windsor Palms Resort, an exclusive gated community with numerous amenities.

Our home is fully air conditioned, and was professionally furnished by a local interior designer to offer you everything you want while on vacation. We employ a great local management company to clean and maintain our home between guests and to provide any help you may need during you stay – our home will always be perfect and ready just for you. Pick up your key on arrival at the villa for an easy and hassle free start to your vacation.
Our private 30x15’ pool and waterfall hot tub spa with magical underwater lighting are the perfect addition to our beautiful villa. Facing south-west and overlooking the stunning wooded conservation area, our pool is completely private and does not back directly onto any other pools.
We’ve got a large deck area with pool furniture, including a covered lanai/porch for the shade. The whole pool area is screened to provide protection from bugs, and we provide a child safety fence and pool toys to guarantee safe pool fun for the whole family!
Inside, our comfortable spacious open plan living area has Cable TV, a DVD player, and a CD player/radio. There’s also a PlayStation2 for the kids, some fun family board games, and a great variety books for summer reading by the pool.
Our modern kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and waste disposal – perfect for those family nights at home.
Complementing this, our villa offers superb dining facilities, with a formal dining area perfect for family meals, an informal dining nook overlooking the pool, a casual breakfast bar, and a pool side table fantastic for soaking up the sun.
Just off the kitchen is a separate office area, including a computer with 24 hour free broadband wireless internet access. We also provide phone service with free local calls and the ability to make national/international calls using readily available phone cards.
All silverware/cutlery, crockery, linens, and towels are provided, along with an iron and ironing board. There’s also a large washer and dryer in the adjoining double garage – everything’s provided so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Our home sleeps 10 people, in 2 Master bedrooms, 2 Twin bedrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. All 4 bedrooms have ample storage space including walk in closets.
Our home has 2 Master Bedrooms (one king size, one queen size), each with an ensuite bathroom and TV. Master Bedroom 1’s large ensuite includes twin basins, a bath tub, a separate shower cubicle, and a hair dryer, and a separate toilet also accessible directly from the pool deck. Our home has 2 Twin Rooms sharing Bathroom 3. Bedroom 4 includes Disney princess bed covers that the girls will love!
Our home is situated in a quiet residential area, on one of the largest lots in Windsor Palms. It is only 3.5 miles (10 minutes drive) from the magic of the Disney parks, and only 5 minutes drive from a large supermarket and wide choice of restaurants.
Our guests have free access to all the fantastic Windsor Palms Resort amenities, including a large newly renovated community pool and spa, a clubhouse with reception and lounge area, cinema, gym, tennis courts, and convenience store.
