Our spacious 3 bedrm 2 bath St Andrews condo is the larger condo available. We provide central air or heat, whichever applies. Our management company is available for emergencies 24/7. Also you relax as our community has an around the clock gated entrance. Allowing for no unauthorized entry by strangers.
The Master Bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed with private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet with full length mirror, cable tv with dvd, alarm clock, phone and ceiling fan for comfort control.
The Queen Bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed, walk-in closet with full length mirror, cabel tv and dvd, playstation 2, alarm clock, ceiling fan for comfort control and very large bathroom with privacy door and seperate entrances (shared with twin room).
The Twin Bedroom features two comfortable twin sized beds, cable tv, double closet and ceiling fan for comfort.
The family room is comfortably furnished to view the 50" screen color tv with cable & dvd, & portable am/fm/cd/tape player.
The kitchen is fully equipped to assist with everything you could possibly need to cook up a storm or just make a simple meal.┬ There`s a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, microwave, oven with stove top, huge refridgerator with ice maker, plate and flatware servings for up to 12 people, pot`s and most importantly a dish washer to wash all these things so you don`t have to.
The dinette area with granite table top seats 6 people comfortably.
The screened lanai is fully furnished with ceiling fan to either relax or dine in a bug free atmosphere with nighly viewing of Disney fireworks.
The hide-away laundry room has washer and dryer & a rack to hang some clothes to dry. The walk in closets have plenty of shelves and hangers to hang wet clothes to dry as well.
┬ To start you off we provide you with hand soap & toilet paper in each of the bathrooms, paper towels in the kitchen, laundry detergent & garbage bags.┬ We supply all bath & hand towels, wash cloths & bed linnens (including portacrib linnen). Also there are kitchen hand towels & oven mitts for your convenience.┬ There`s an ironboard & iron, hair dryers, portable crib & high chair.
Included amenities are grilling & picnick area, tennis,volleyball,basketball with available equipment,game room with arcade games,pingpong,billiards, stool`s & talbes to sit around & chat, fitness spa & the clubhouse for indoor/outdoor casual lounging and or business meetings.
