We recently stayed at this house for a week. With disney closing and most things around due to the coronavirus, this house has more than enough to keep a large family busy and still able to enjoy our vacation with most everything closed down. The home is extremely clean and welcoming. We have nothing negative to say about the place. If you are looking for home local to everything Disney and orlando has to offer this is the place to be.
We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this property. A family of 4 adults and 4 children. We first saw this villa when we stayed in another at Windsor Palms in 2011! We have wanted to stay there ever since and were delighted when it was available for our trip this time. It did not disappoint! Loads of space for everyone to not trip over each other. Huge pool area and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. LOVED the movie room and the way the LED lights come on when you walk in! Any issues were resolved quickly by Louis and the awesome Gary at the management company. We'll be having a few years away from Florida now as there are other places in the world we want to visit, but when Florida comes back into our plans I'll certainly be looking to stay here again!
We stayed here for a week in July 2019. when we went to Disney & Universal. We had 11 adults, 3 kids and this place was absolutely perfect for all of us. It was spacious and comfortable and the perfect distance from the parks and all the attractions around the area. The gated community was beautiful and luxurious. Louis was very communicative and helpful and we will definitely stay here again really soon.
We stayed here for a week in March 2019 when we went to Disney. We had 5 adults, 2 kids and a baby and this place was absolutely perfect, still had 2 more rooms we didn't use so we could have had more people join if we had wanted to!!!! It was spacious, fun and the perfect distance from the parks. The gated community was beautiful! We woke up every morning, got ready for the parks, got there in 15-30 minutes depending on traffic, which wasn't all that bad considering. We opted for the heated pool feature which was a great choice, the kids loved every bit of that pool! Louis was very communicative and helpful and we will definitely stay here again! If you are going to Disney and are looking to save money on not staying at a resort, this place is where you want to stay. Amazing price for a wonderful place!

The movie room was a treat. Close to all the parks, great restaurants and shopping. Very quiet neighbourhood. Free access to the Club House across the road was a bonus also, great pool and movie theatre.

The pool and spa was nice. The kids (which were 15-18) really liked the theater/game room. We would definitely stay there again.
November 9, 2018 We had a wonderful time .. the house worked out really well and we all had an amazing holiday. The amount of space and separate areas really sets you apart. Hopefully we will be back at some point soon in the future.
We had a blast! The house was PERFECT! Such a GREAT location and the house was big enough to be comfortable for our large family. Thank you SO much for you help. The kids loved the movie room and so did I! Watched a movie in there with them! I would suggest you get a measuring cup for the house. We were going to get one when we went to the store but we forgot! Maybe most people don’t cook, but we cooked some and I just had to guess! And oh my....those mattresses are nice ! All in all, it was wonderful and I would recommend the house to everyone! Sande

5/5 Stayed Sep 2018 Rea I. The house is a beautiful home. We loved the theatre room, pool, jacuzzi etc. There were plenty of pool towels, bath towels (all the amenities of home and more) Louis the Owner, is a wonderful person, very accommodating. We rented the home for our Ladies Retreat and we had a fun, relaxing time...just too short..We couldnt figure out how to get the TV to work, however we used the ROKU. I definitely recommend renting this beautiful home. One suggestion would be to you Louis it might be a great idea to purchase a frig with an ice maker...We would most definitely rent this home again...Way to go Louis!!! GOD BLESS YOU!!!! We stayed in Louis’s house for 4 weeks over the summer - the holiday of a lifetime for our family of 7 from the UK. We had the most amazing time. The villa is perfectly situated for access to the parks and the clubhouse is staffed by very friendly people (and the off possum!) Louis has always answered any queries promptly and we had no issues at all while staying. When we have saved enough money for the flights (!!!) we will definitely come back. Thank you for an amazing month!
Our volleyball team Belusa United stayed from June20-25. The villa was very clean, had plenty of room and the pool and hot tub were awesome. The garage was the game room. There was plenty for the girls to do when they were not playing in the AAU Tournament. We would definitely rent again. It had everything we needed.
Beautiful home!! Great space for a big family!! We had a great time and staying here made our vacation an enjoyable one!! Everything was close by and Louis checked on us which was very much appreciated!!! We will definitely be back again!!

It was a perfect size as everyone had their own bedroom and there was lots of space so you didnt feel you were crowding each other. The house was immaculate and had everything you needed for your stay. From a games room for the big kids, to high chairs, pack n play for the babies. We have rented houses in Florida before and this was by far the biggest and nicest pool area we have had. Lots of room, loungers and chairs for everyone and the pool and hot tub were great for some of the cool days we had. The gated community was fabulous with the big community pool, volleyball, tennis and basketball that were enjoyed by the whole family. Loved the tiki-bar for the adults!! Any of the golf courses we played were within a 20 minute drive and the shopping was within a half hour as well. There are lots of restaurants, putt putt golf and grocery stores close by. Louis answered all our concerns and questions promptly and the property managers also responded quickly to any questions we had. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants a home away from home yet is close enough to anything that you would want to do! Thanks Louis!
My wife and i stayed in this home just recently for a total of 10 days. The home is centrally located(near amusement parks and all) it has everything anyone would need to have a most enjoyable vacation! It has a play room and an over sized pool area which is a big plus! The club house is literally a 2 min walk from the villa which is great if you want to use the gym or other amenities such as the pool,Tennis courts, playground, cafe, arcade or movie theater. All in all our family which ranges from kids ages 4,7,8,10,12 plus adults has a wonderful time with plenty to do! whatever you need this house has it (pack and play, washer, dryer fully loaded kitchen and plenty more). Oh and last but not least(best part property manager is ALWAYS available which is a very big plus. I highly recommend this villa and Will definitely be back!
