Listing Charge The listing charge for your first property type will be £150.00 per annum. The listing charge for your second property type will be £90.00 per annum.If you have more than one property of the same property type you may advertise them at a reduced rate of £45.00 per year for additional property.

For Example

If you have two 4 bedroom properties, then you will be eligible for the £45.00 additional charge. If you have one 4 bedroom villa and one 3 Bedroom villa for example then you will be charged for two properties at £150.00 plus £90.)

All property listings expire on the 1st February of every year. Properties listed before this date will be charged Pro-rata.

1. Cancellation

windsor-palms-florida.net listings are run on an annual basis and due to the fact that the majority of the work in producing and promoting your property page is done in the first few weeks of membership refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management.

2. Responsibility

Vacation rental owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.

3. Selling On

If you sell your property membership will NOT be transferred.

4. Answering enquiries

In order to promote the good name of our site we require all our property owners to answer every direct enquiry they receive within a reasonable time period. There is no need to answer a general enquiry if you do not have availability.

6. Passing on enquiries

The passing on of enquiries generated by this site to any third party is strictly prohibited. If it is found that you are passing on enquiries you will be immediately removed from this site without compensation. Neither are you allowed to offer properties you or family own at competing communities.

7. Spam

windsor-palms-florida.net does not participate or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) windsor-palms-florida.net reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member that mentions windsor-palms-florida.net or any of its associated web sites, URL's, or any associated windsor-palms-florida.net email address in any SPAM e-mail message or Usenet posting. windsor-palms-florida.net is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM

8. Copyright

windsor-palms-florida.net reserves the right to reject or edit any advertised property information at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the windsor-palms-florida.net web site, it becomes the property of windsor-palms-florida.net and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the windsor-palms-florida.net web site without written permission.

9. Promotion

We reserve the right to use any images or text submitted to us by members to promote windsor-palms-florida.net.

10. Associated Services

There must be no advertising of other services such as flights, car hire or park tickets.

11. Acceptable Content

All content must be "family safe" and "G" rated. Ads may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. All such references are not considered acceptable content and may be removed WITHOUT NOTICE. In the case of disputed content, the operators of this site will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content.

12. Your Obligation to Indemnify

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold windsor-palms-florida.net, its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties (e.g. relevant advertisers, syndication partners, licensors, licensees, consultants and contractors) (collectively "Indemnified Person(s)") harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liability, loss, and expense (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees), brought against any Indemnified Person(s), arising out of, related to or which may arise from your use of our web site.

13. No Guarantee

windsor-palms-florida.net makes no guarantee regarding the level of enquiries or bookings you may receive.

14. Order Of Listings

We reserve the right to change the order of listings on windsor-palms-florida.net at any time and at our discretion, this is to enable a fair exposure to all members property pages.

15. Private owners

This web site is to advertise private owners properties. No management companies or booking agents are allowed to become members.

16. Personal details

You must not add any telephone numbers,email addresses or website URL's to any text added to this site.
