We spent our nicest day at Discovery Cove, my favorite day! We also managed ito see Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. The alarm was fixed and all is fine. It was not a big deal we just wanted you to know. We spent time at the Prime Outlets and Old Town! The weather wasn't the greatest but we still enjoyed each day, rain or shine! Our family has vacation at two homes in the Windsor Palms community 5 times and every time the experience has been extraordinary. We are former timeshare owners and after our first stay, we sold the timeshare. No matter how many family members or friends we have brought with us, there has aways been at least one bedroom not filled. (The kids all like to be in one room together). The villas were as beautiful and the gated community with all of its amenities provided opportunities to not have to go out for entertainment every night. Windsor Palms wil always be our Orlando destination instead of staying in a small hotel room for a higher price.
Note: Upon arrival, drop your bags at the villa and head to the grocery store!!! Then sit at the table and plan your fantastic week.

Your place is super and in a lovely spot, so quiet yet three minutes away from all that the 192 has to offer. And disney so close as well!
We had strolls around pleasure island of a few occasions. My son is a LEGO nut, we couldn't get him out of the Lego store.
The Villa was beautifully presented and very comfortable and the pool was a big hit, especially with my grandson.

We absolutely loved your home in Windsor Palms! There were 14 of us total; 4 adults and 10 kids ranging in ages from 2 up to 17. We were certain our kids would want to spend most of their time at the theme parks during our stay...we were wrong. We only spent 2 days at the parks and the remaining time was spent at the home!! The home had something to offer for each and every one of us - all ages. The location was perfect; minutes from Disney World, up the road from great restaurants, the grocery store, fast food, and entertainment (mini-golf for the kids etc). We would wake up in the morning; have coffee and sit by the pool. The setting was so beautiful and private; we had most of our meals poolside and enjoyed many board games at that table. We enjoyed our evening walks around the gated community. The younger kids were in the pool most of the day and the older kids were up at the clubhouse non-stop playing volleyball, basketball and indoor games. When the older kids returned, they would be in the games room at the house while the adults were enjoying the Hot Tub! There was NO reason to leave! We had everything. We also took on the kids in a competitive game of volleyball up at the clubhouse one evening. It was a vacation home that we took full advantage of. The beds were SO comfortable (this is NOT the case at other homes that we have rented!) and the place was so nicely decorated. After a long and full day we would sit and relax with a movie on the big screen in the family room. It was truly a family vacation! If the opportunity presents itself again, we would no doubt stay at your home again. Thank you so very much for opening up your home to two families from the state of Minnesota - memories to last a lifetime!

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your house (Belles Palace) this past week!
It was very accommodating for all 3 families and the kids had a blast. We definitely will recommend to all of our friends to try and stay in your house and we will surely do it again when we go back down that way.
The house had everything we needed and the clubhouse pool was right outside the back door. (however the kids loved the pool at the house and stayed in it around the clock)
Thanks again for allowing us the opportunity to stay. It was about a 10 min drive to Disney Magic Kingdom and to Disneys Wide world of sports (where we played the world series and won the AAU 11 year old championship)

The house was clean, tastefully furnished/decorated and SO CLOSE to everything!
If staying, please inquire at the clubhouse about the shortcut to the back entrance to the Disney Parks...it really saves a lot of miles and time.
Julie, the owner,was fantastic to work with. She was very attentive to our needs, responded to emails promptly and courteously and genuinely cared about our experience in her house. I cannot say enough about the professionalism she displayed.
We had such a pleasant experience that we plan to stay at the Belle House next year when we return to Orlando.
We definitely recommend the Parkinsons home to anyone looking to rent a vacation home in the Kissimmee area that wants the feel of home at Disneys doorstep.

Sadly, we are already back from our vacation. Time really flies when you are having fun.
Your 4 bedroom home was just as beautiful as the six bedroom home. I must admit we
had a little more hiding places in the six bedroom, but the kids really liked the Mickey

the play station games (which our four year old mastered).

There was plenty of room with many extras to keep the kids occupied. It was clean and in great condition. We discussed how great it was to have "nice linens". The kitchen was well stocked for our needs.
The pool was wonderful as well as the game room.
We had 10 families in all staying in the same complex and we visited the other homes and condos. Without a doubt we had the nicest home. Small things such as ceiling fans made a huge difference.
If we visit the Orlando area again we will definitely contact you to return to disneydaze. If we know of anyone heading that way we will refer them to you as well.

What a lovely place you have. It is plush, comfortable, stylish and was spotlessly clean and perfectly presented when we arrived for our stay.
Iain had provided some welcome beers and a cleaning pack by pre-order and helped us with a couple of things we couldn't work out - usually we hadn't read the instruction!
The pool was in fact a bit too hot - however when the weather was in the 100's it was still cooler being in the water.
Your ticket man was efficient and delivered to us.
Overall, having stayed in 4 other Holiday Homes, one previously in Fan Palm Way - yours is by far the most well presented.
We love Florida - hope to be back there in a couple of years - we hope you will still be operating for us - however we are highly reccommending your service.

Hello Paul and Jan,
We have settled in now that we are back from vacation and wanted to take a minute to touch base.
When we set out to book this vacation, we were not sure if we were going to stay on the Disney property or offsite. My mother-in-law was quite keen on Disney, but I wasn't so sure. I looked at every option possible from Disney resorts, to timeshare rentals, resort hotels and houses. In the end, we chose your house and I can say with confidence that we made the right choice!
The kids loved it from the first minute they walked in the door - especially the Disney-themed bedroom! Our 4 year old is still referring to his "Disney home". My mother-in-law loved her room and the rest of the house. My husband and I loved the master ensuite! It was bigger than our actual bedroom at home! The covered lanai was wonderful. It was so nice to come home at the end of the day and be able to enjoy the evening air without having to worry about getting wet from a little rain. We were saying that all homes should be built with that design - and the washroom with the door to the outside - brilliant! We loved the private view out the back and have to ask you what creature was making the noise back there? It didn't bother us, but it was amazing how loud it could get. Was it tree frogs or something? Do you know? Every night it would start, but never during the day. We couldn't pinpoint what it might be.
Although the weather was not cooperating to allow us to use the pool often, it was wonderful when we did. Next time we have to get the hot tub/whirlpool going though - our bodies were aching after walking so much and carrying the kids when they were tired along with all of their gear!
The neighbourhood was quiet and lovely. We felt very safe. I was impressed with the security services as well - very professional and friendly. We never got to check out the amenities of the clubhouse, but it looked nice.
The house was very clean and the ammenities were wonderful - right down to having little plastic containers in the cupboards that we could put snacks in when we were at the park. We tried to make sure we left the house as clean as when we left it other than the bedding and a few towels of course. We got everything else washed and put away I believe. We didn't use the upstairs at all and didn't use the dining table either so the cleaning lady must have been happy! We rarely ate at home other than light breakfasts so we never needed the full dining table.
Anyhow, I didn't mean to write such a long note, but wanted to tell you how happy we were to have chosen your home. It was exactly as presented in the pictures! You were very helpful, honest and a pleasure to deal with and we appreciate you sharing your lovely home with us for a week.
One thing we thought of to add to your binder, if you can, would be a little map that showed the location of the house is in relation to some points of interest within a few minutes drive. It had restaurants listed with addresses, but we had no idea where those places were compared to the location of the house. The stores and other ammenities close by served us well though so we made out just fine!

They were very easy to get in touch with and attend to any concerns that we had. We have stayed in different homes before in Florida, and have not had the same experience with the management companies. Dear Paul, I do apologise for not writing sooner as I do believe I owe you some feedback on our recent trip to Florida. I had always meant to write but I kept putting it off for one reason or another, anyway I am sure you've heard it all before. Well the Villa was superb and more than satisfied our needs, we could not have improved on anything you provided it was just splendid. I had not realised how convenient it was to all the Theme Parks 10-15 Mins to Disney 20-25 Mins to Universal Studios/Water World Etc. It was also just 1 hour to the Bay area to the West and about 1 Hour 15 Mins to Cocoa beach on the East coast. We spent just 1 day around the estate pool and that too was enjoyable all in all we had a holiday to remember and a lot was to do with where we stayed. I am already planning our next trip to Orlando and if I can get enough people in the party I will be getting in touch with you. Again thank you and I hope to be in touch again the sooner the better.

We LOVED the house!!! My husband, our 3 girls and my parents all agree. The girls keep asking when we can go back! The kids room was perfect for them. The bedrooms were fantastic. We totally enjoyed the pool. The people there who take care of the pool were very, very nice. The pool was actually too hot for us to go in for the first few days.... and the man there fixed it and it was perfect the next day. The location is fabulous. Lots of restaurant choices and a quick trip to all the parks. I've already recommended you to a couple of people! I know it will be some time before we are able to go again, but when we do, you'll be the first to know!

We had the privacy of our very own pool, a wonderful kitchen to cook our own meals, and many amenities that you just don't get at a hotel. This place was one of the best place's we have stayed at since vacationing in Florida.
We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of our condo. The surrounding wooded area was very nice.
The kitchen was nice and the layout was very accomodating. However there were a few things that needed attention. The kitchen sink handle needed repair, one of the slats to the verticle blinds was missing which altered our privacy, the bathtubs could use some resurfacing or deep cleaning; also To our dismay one morning the maintence men almost walked in on my wife unannounced. All in all we still enjoyed the place and would stay here again.

Just wanted to say we had a fantastic time at the villa from the end of May until June (2008). The villa was exactly as described, well equipped and had a great pool and spa tub. The bedrooms were big and there is so much room we could have invited more people (there were only 5 of us).
It felt just like home and was so close to everything - Disney, golf, Universal and tons of restaurants and stores.
The onsite facilities were great too, although we never used the main pool as we had our own, and the on-site store is great for immediate needs like milk - but right by the Outback Steakhouse on 192 is a Winn-Dixie, and just up the street to the left is a Publix supermarket, and only a few miles to Super Walmart and Super Target - so shopping is no problem!
We will definitely stay again!

I stayed for 2 weeks in the villa in April. It was my first holiday in Florida and i would definatly go again. The villa was amazing and unlike some holidays i have been on i felt at home in the villa straight away. The beds were comfy and the standard of cleanleness was brilliant. The villa was a short and easy drive to most of the parks that we went to including the both universal parks, seaworld, aquatica, both of the disney waterparks and also mgm and epcot. I would just like to say thank you for a wonderful stay, there was nothing that could be faulted within the villa or the experience i will definatly recommend windsor palms to others. Paul and Jan, I was extremely happy with the week we spent in your home. Everything was beautiful! We had everything we needed. The home was decorated with high quality decor and had everything we could possibly need. The pool & jacuzzi was warm and wonderful. We were in it multiple times daily. My 80 year old Mom said this was the best place to relax and it felt like home to her. This was our best experience in renting in Windsor Palms over all my years. Paul and Jan, We just wanted to thank you for your wonderful accommodations during our recent Disney world trip. Your home is beautiful! It was so warm and inviting when we arrived. It is well decorated, it was clean, and it provided a perfect getaway from the hectic pace we kept up at the parks. We had scheduled one free day to do something other than the parks, and our girls just wanted to stay home and swim in the pool all day. That is what we did! I have to commend you on all of the landscaping around the pool. We noticed that most of the other homes in the area did not provide that. Hi Paul and Jan Just a very quick email to let you know we had a wonderful holiday. The villa was fantastic and ideally situated for all the disney parks - we were even more adventureous this time and drove out to Busch Gardens and Cocoa Beach as well Missing Orlando like crazy - always do Couldnt fault the villa - it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay - We would definitely consider booking with you again if we decide to return to Orlando but considering California next year instead however I am sure we will return to Orlando within the next 2 or 3 years Best wishes and many thanks for all your help and assistance Marcia and family
